What you can expect from a foot reflexology session? A foot reflexology session last about 30mins - 45 mins depending on your health goals. Before the session begin, you will soak your feet in warm water with a few drops of essential oil.This is to allow easy stimulation of your reflex points and also to clean up your feet. You will lie down in a comfortable chair with your feet rested on a foot rest. Reflexologist will warm up your feet before begin the session . Reflexologist may treat the foot more than once, once for general stimulation followed by stimulation of specific reflex points. |
For your advice Arrive early for the session. Ask any questions you may have about the session. Take a breath and relax into the experience.
