This is an old deck that contains old cards.  It still wins all its games, though.  Chainer is the only card from after Seventh Edition.  Basically, the strategy here is to use Sol Ring, Dark Ritual, and Jet Medallion to bust out the power very early.  How early? Is the second turn early enough?  You can easily have a few big creatures before they get their first.  Oh yeah, and they all have flying or fear, so don't worry about being blocked.  Demonic Tutor will always fill in the holes when you need it.  If the game draws on too long, Corrupt, Plague Wind, Forced March, and Ascendant Evincar wrap it up once you get them.  I can't tell you the record, because I lost count of the wins a long time ago, but it's only lost a few times.
