This was taken on the London Bridge at Lake Havasu.  I went with Cheri and some friends from Comm School.  We had a great time, got really sunburnt, and spent a LOT of money.  All in all, i'd do it all over again.

The first time i went to havasu with Kyle, we were walking back to the bus to leave when i saw this scene from the same bridge the above picture is at.  i had to get a shot of the channel with the desert and that sky in the background.

Here's the London Bridge from across the Channel.  we'd walk along here talking to whoever we thought was cool enough.

we stopped at the sandbar grill for lunch during our outing on the lake.  it was awesome, even when we tried to eat on the boat and all our food got soaked.  some of you may have seen the picture of me and kyle in front of some palm trees, which was taken right outside this little grill.

Kyle has this weird fetish for Shelby Cobras, so when we saw that they were having a car show and we went, it was only natural for him to want a picture of himself within five feet of one.  to be honest, seeing this car in person gave some pretty good insite into why he loves it.

While we were in Havasu, we decided to stop at all the cool little traveler landmarks on the freeway while Cheri drove back.  to the left is a post with signs to several cities across america.  to the right is a tree literally covered in shoes, tires, boxers, g-strings, sandals...you name it.  we had a blast joking all the way back about it, and the class loved our slide havasu slide show, complete with songs and video.
