if they were a member of DS they dont need to give another RP post... however those questions found here in the 'How to Join' column will still need to be answered and put on their 'profile' with the bot.. I will tell you how to do this a bit later.. Don't rush..take your time.. if people want membership enough they will wait..
Everyone, including members will be given gold once a day when they arrive... for now... after the bot is finished up, people will be getting gold once a day however after one hour time lapse of being in the dream
30 days inactive will have the char deleted
Staff will get paid a daily wage for working
As for the gold piece offerings for good RP.. they're basically like experience points... I dont expect anyone to get more than 10 in any one day though it is possible.. perhaps incentive to try hard?
Some gold will be awarded to people that refer others to the dream and the one referred actually stays and becomes a member. This is different from a Recruiter as they get a daily wage.
Rules for Staff
IF ANY ARE FOUND TO BE ABUSING THEIR POWER AND/OR EJECT, SHARED WILL BE REMOVED WITHOUT QUESTION. THIS IS NOT TOLERATED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Shared must ensure:
1: Those present within the RP part of the dream are members unless the door is open.
2: OOC is kept to a minimal in the bar area,
3: You are present often. If not seen for an extended period of time, status will slowly deteriorate.
4: If expecing to be gone offline for awhile, let Kyshietahla know about it so status doesn't change.
5: Having share does not give means to be rude or crass to others. If you are having a shitty day OOCly, keep it OOC and out of the dream if need be because staff and members don't need to deal with attitude that isn't warranted.
6: Kyshietahla's word is final. There is no 'if,' 'ands' or 'buts' about it.
7: Promotions come at Kyshietahla's discretion, there will be no complaining to her if someone else gets it and you don't.
Admin must ensure:
1: All of thee above
2: If there are non-members in the dream, ask if they want membership.

How to work or be staff at VotU
If you are interested in working here please let one of the Admin know however don't expect to be so right away. Once you have expressed interest you will be put on a list for consideration for the job. Details of the jobs will be included on the Jobs and Workers page. Only one alt can have a job and only one job. Choose wisely. The best way to acquire a position is to be around often and encourage RP as well as bringing in new people that are accepted as members.
