You can be any powerlevel to be on this planet. There are 4 dragon balls left, once you have all 7 you may make 1 wish. The trainer on this planet is Master Roshi, (MUST BEAT ROSHI BEFORE LEARNING AN ATTACK)

You must complete the three task before you can learn any attacks.
You must have beaten Master Roshi to learn Chou Kamehameha, and Power Up.

1: Carry Turtle shell, takes three days and gives you 500 points and 100 zeny.

2: Find Turtle, takes 5 days and gives you 800 points and 200 zeny.

3: Beat Oolong the pig, once you beat him, you get 1500 points and 1000 zeny:

Attacks you can learn from Master Roshi:
KI Blast: takes 1 day, cost 500 pts

Beam: takes 2 days to learn, cost 1000 pts

Ram: Takes 2 days to learn, cost 750 pts

Kamehameha: Takes 4 days to learn, cost 2000 pts
Chou Kamehameha: Takes 10 days to learn cost 12,000pts

Power up: The ability to add 1000 to your power level, takes 4 days to learn, cost 3500 pts. (it raises 1000 every for every 10,000 of you PL)
