| Powering up is a very useful and excellent tool to use when in battle. When you power up all your stats: HP, Speed, KI Power and Attacks are higher. You can power up during battle or before battle must (it will last the duration of the battle) you must say your powering up before your attack to make to most damage example you want to say power up! kamahemaha not the other way around cuz then your attack will do what it usualy does not any higher. You can power up even if you're not first in the battle just make sure you say it before the other person attacks. If someone attacks you then you say one second i didn't get a chance to power up well to bad. Your power up level starst off at 1,000 (only makes you stats that much stronger) your power up level raises 1,000 for every 10,000 your pl raises ex: PL 20,000 PWR.UP.Lvl 2,000/ PL60,000 PWR.UP.LV.6,000.
