Hugo Meixner von Zweienstamm
General der Infanterie Hugo Meixner von Zweienstamm was the younger brother of GdI Otto Meixner von Zweienstamm.   In January 1914, GdI Hugo Meixner von Zweienstamm was appointed to command the X. Corps, and he succeeded GdK Heinrich Ritter Kummer von Falkenfeld. This command was retained by Hugo Meixner for one year.  At war's outbreak, he was still in this command, and his brother Otto led the VII. Armeekorps of Temesvar.

In January 1915, he was temporarily replaced by FML
Josef Ritter Krautwald von Annau, but this lasted only two months.  In March 1915, Meixner returned to the X. Corps, but it was not to last.  He was incapacitated and finally surrendered command in April, leaving FML Hugo Martiny in control of the X. Corps.
