This webpage is the home of my professional portfolio website, which fulfills  partial requirements for the University of Georgia's Online L-5 Add-On Certification Program. This website showcases the major activities required for the courses in the L-5 program as they relate to six Interstate School Leaders Licensure Consortium (ISLLC) Standards.

The images, artifacts, and documents collected here reveal the goals and objectives of the leadership practicum, reflect my depth of knowledge of the leadership process, and exhibit my numerous skills and abilities for educational leadership.

For each web page, click on the links under the "My Favorites Sites" section for  more information relevant to school improvement and leadership.

Classroom Observations
Our deepest fear is that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves:
Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
Your playing small doesn't serve the world.
There's nothing enlightening about shrinking
So that other people won't feel insecure around you.
It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone.
And as we all let our light shine,
We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear,
Our presence automatically liberates others.
