The people who have these positions are the ones who keep our website up-to-date. They are the ones who will request the information needed to put up on the website.

Persona Approver: Thorsong
This is the person who approves the persona sheets and then puts them on the webpage. If the Persona Approver is on a LOA, then one of the BoD members is allowed to approve a persona sheet.

Timeliner/Flight Tracker: Rachel
Keeps track of the major and important events. You also make flight dates for all the gold/green Dragons and flits. Do the monthly/Daily weather schedules.

Communications: Rachel
Welcomes new members, calls for rollcall, sends out important notices to the group.

Requirements Tracker/Advertiser: Open
Person who goes out and recruits new people for the Weyr. He/she will also make sure that all the members in the Weyr are keeping up on their writing requirements. If someone is still has requirements to fulfill, they will get a warning in the last two weeks of the month.
