The Effects of M-3
As A "Life Change Facilitator"
-- just the dependable, desirable, beneficial effects of excellent O.R.M.E.s.
Vision:
I did experience tiny motes of gold in my field of vision when in the sun -- taking M-3.
The first time I was also using Tears of Trahlyta, which is not known for gold.
The second time, I was using M-3 all alone, and noticed again tiny motes of gold in sunshine.
The third and fourth times I took it I was also taking Zinergy and WPG.
Stragely, there were no motes of gold on either of those occasions.
Nor could I detect the tingly feel of sunshine on my skin.
Energy:
M-3 always brings on the energy!
It takes about 2-3 days to feel the effects.
I always seem to finish my bottle too soon, and have to reorder!
Perhaps this is due to my taking it by the quarter cup, instead of in tablespoons.
Circadian Rhythm:
There has not been anything to date which has been able to alter my odd sleep patterns!
If you have good experience with this, (besides Melatonin, etc) let me know!
Meditation:
M-3 with Thomas' Tears of Trahlyta was most conducive to good meditation.
On another note, it was the White Powdered Gold which assisted with the Migraines.
I also employed meditation while waiting for the O.R.M.E.s to affect change on the Migraine Issue.
General Body Health
M-3 takes away the aches and pains, bones and muscles, and gives a feeling of wellness and energy.
M-3 may actually act faster than Zinergy, coming on in about 2-3 days.
As I have not used it for a long stretch; I can only speak to what happens over a 2 month period.
Taken consistently over 8 months to a year, one would certainly expect additional health benefits.
Hopefully I will be able to report on that next year.
