On April 19th of last year, the fifth annual memorial of the tragedy at Mt. Carmel was held. I have transcribed most of the speeches from that event. Originally, I intended to do a final review of their accuracy before posting them. However, because this has been delayed, and because I suspect I will never be satisfied that they are "perfect," I am going ahead and posting them now. When new versions are posted, I will note them.

alternative transcript: After transcribing this speech, I discovered that "Samuel Adams" had beaten me to the punch. An abridgement by Carol Moore can be found on a couple of sites, but the full version has apparently been deleted from its original home on the "Rules of Engagement" discussion board, so I have posted the original file "as is" for those who want a "second opinion."
