What is the Wadsworth Early Childhood PTA?. The Wadsworth Early Childhood PTA hosts fun and educational activities for children (newborns to kindergarten) and their parents, including moms night out and couples’ night out. Your child does not have to be enrolled in a preschool and does not have to live in Wadsworth for your family to join the WEC-PTA. Siblings are welcome to attend events, too We schedule activities during the daytime, evening and weekends to accommodate the schedules of all parents. Anyone can attend one event without membership to discover the WECPTA’s benefits. Why should I join? Joining the WEC-PTA is an important step in the involvement in your child’s early education! Whether your child is a newborn or a kindergartener you will find the WEC-PTA to have information and activities that will benefit the whole family. The Wadsworth Early Childhood PTA reinforces the structure and socialization your child is already learning at home or school through activities and playgroups each month. You can choose to attend as many or as few activities as your schedule allows. Membership entitles you and your family to participate in various events including family outings, children's parties, crafts, playgroups, and many community projects, all organized and run by our membership. In addition to your yearly membership dues of $20.00, some activities have a nominal charge per child attending (usually $1 to $3.) I'm sold! How do I join?
