Council:
All Admirals, Captains and Colonels belong to a council which makes all the clan's important decisions, and puts things up before the Fleet Admiral for consideration.
Fleet Admiral(1): Leader of the clan. All of the easier decisions or ones of lesser importance which do not need the council attention are made by him. [UBot: Master]
Admiral(1): Co-ordinate the Captains, insures that they are doing their jobs and that their divisions are running smoothly. Every week the Captains will report the status of their division to the Admiral. The Admiral reports monthly to the Fleet Admiral. [UBot: Leader]
Vice Admiral(1): The Vice Admiral assists the Admiral in anyway needed. [UBot: Leader]
Rear Admiral(1): Makes sure all special projects and operations either clan wide or division wide are running smoothly and reports bi-weekly to the Fleet Admiral. [UBot: Leader]
Commodore(1): When any of the other Admirals are unable to perform their duty, the Commodore will step in and take over. When not acting as a substitute, the Commodore will assist the Fleet Admiral in anyway possible. [UBot: Leader]
*Colonel(Unlimited): Either an Advisor to an Admiral, or in charge of some Covert Operations or a Special Project instituted by the Council. [UBot: Leader]
Division Leaders:
Captain(1 per division): Leader of a Division, in charge of recruitment, ensuring that peace is kept, monitoring activity, assigning Lieutenants, and promoting officers (except Lt. Junior Grade). Captains should have weekly meetings with their Lieutenants and have them make a weekly report in order to see how well their platoon is doing. The Captain is the lowest ranked member on the Council.[Bot: Leader]
Commander(1 per division): In charge of Encylopedia Starcraftica within the division, including tournament management. The Commander will assist his Captain in any way possible when not otherwise occupied.[Bot: Operator]
Lt. Commander(2 per division): As Military Police Leader of the Division, a Lieutenant Commander's main duty is to keep the peace. The Lt. Commander is also directly in charge of keeping recruitment up within the Division.[Bot: Operator]
Officers:
Lieutenant(1 per Platoon): Leader of a Platoon, teaches his men "the ropes", fathers/mothers them and turns them to hardened, loyal members of Aesir. He/she has the ability to promote or demote members in his/her platoon.Should know and be close to all his members. [Bot: VIP]
Lieutenant Junior Grade(1 per Platoon): Second in command of a Platoon, the Lieutenant Junior Grade is the "wing man". The Lt. Junior's job is to be very familiar with all the members and attempt to bridge the gap between the leaders and the memebers. [Bot: VIP]
Ensign(4 per Platoon): Member who has proven him/herself invaluable. This rank is another stepping stone on which a member is given some power and a chance to prove him/herself to the superiors. This rank can make you, or break you. Take it most seriously. If not done so, it is suggested that you learn how to operate bots in channels. Ask a superior officer for bot training. [Bot: VIP]
Warrant Officer(2 per Platoon): This rank and higher up can only be given to special people who have exceeded expectations from WA leaders. This Officer's job is to continue recruiting and ensure that the people recruited are recruited correctly. Assisting the Lt. Commander, this officer has been in the clan actively for at least 1 month. This rank and higher is eligible to be in the Navy Police. [Bot: VIP]
*Ambassador(1 per clan): A member recruited from another clan by an Encylopedia StarCraftica Operative in order to maintain relations between WĘ and his own clan. Has no real power over WĘ members, but is given the respect of a lower Officer. [Bot: VIP]
Enlisted Men:
Master Chief of the Navy(Unlimited) 54 posts and higher: In charge of the NCIS (Navy Criminal Investigative Services) and making sure its rules and regulations as well as WĘ's are kept.

Master Chief Petty Officer(Unlimited) 45 posts: This rank either assists the MCotN in running the and enforcing the NCIS, or is recruited by the Lt. Commander to become a MP.[Bot: Regular]
Chief Petty Officer(Unlimited) 36 posts: Cheif Petty Officers are also known as cpos. This rank is a big step from 1cpo. Chief Petty Officers are known to have given their extra effort to the clan by recruiting quality members. Main focus is to help members gain new recruits as well as helping new members get situated in the clan. [Bot: Regular]
First Class Petty Officer(Unlimited) 27 posts: You have the power to recruit new members. Your job is to also monitor the 3rd-2nd class Petty Officers, lend them help where they need it but also tell them when they are behaving in a manor unbecoming of a member of Aesir. The better they do because of you, the better your hopes of gaining a rank. [Bot: Regular]
Second Class Petty Officer(Unlimited) 18 posts: Keep up the good work, your hard work completing more quests has paid off. The WA leaders are pleased to see you continue using protocol and being active. As a 2nd class petty officer, you must be now be trained and educated on how to recruit members in the clan; you must know tips and tricks to convince and give interests to potential, qualified members. Third Class Petty Officer(Unlimited) 9 posts: A well proven seaman who has been active, followed rules/protocol and has sucessfully completed the Quests for Forums. As a 3rd class petty officer, you have unlocked more quests to embark. Follow the rules and continue to be a good active member. [Bot: Regular]
Seaman(Unlimited) 0-9 Posts: You're now an official member of WĘ. You are at the bottom of the totem pole, but fear not, if you listen and act well, remember protocol and embark on quests, you shall soon leave this rank behind and perhaps if you keep it up will some day be an officer. [Bot: Regular]
Cadet(Unlimited): Usually a result of mass recruitment or from advertising clan in public channels. All new cadets will be promoted to Seaman if they show any sign of staying as a WA member. It is also the rank given to those that have been disciplined. All exilers, deserters and traitors who are once again let back into the clan is issued this rank until just try to watch and learn. [Bot] Ranks: These tags indicate the status a person of this rank will be given with the Bot. The Fleet Admiral and BotMaster may make exceptions at their discretion.
*Ranks: These special ranks are not part of the chain of command however, they are given respect to lower ranking members.
For a member to reach a certain rank, he/she will need to have recquired posts number. For example: To become Chief Petty Officer, you must have at least 36 posts. |
