WAHE Membership: Minimum Requirements

* Because we are a homeschooling support group, the family must be homeschooling at least one child. The child may be a preschooler with no formal curriculum being used, as long as the family has made a commitment to homeschooling.

* Each family needs to volunteer services for WAHE during the year. Each member will be asked to complete a questionnaire indicating preferences.

* Each family will pay annual dues. Dues are to be paid in July and apply only through to the next June.
Once membership is accepted, dues are non-refundable.  Returning members must have their dues in by the July deadline, otherwise there is a $10 late fee making dues $40.

* Families must operate their homeschool in compliance with N. C. law.

* Membership signifies willingness to respect and defer to the WAHE Constitution and By-Laws.
2009 - 2010 MEMBERSHIP DUES DEADLINE:
$30.00/year before July 10, 2009
$40.00/year after July 10, 2009
**New members pay $30 even after the dues deadline.*
