On March 16th 1988 Halabja, a Kurdish town in Northern Iraq was assualted repeatedly with Saddam's chemical weapons. The attack was completely unprevoked, Halabja had done nothing. It was a town of civilians, but Saddam didn't like thier nationality. Please go and read about "Bloody Friday"; The day Saddam launched on civilians. |
