Quite frankly, no, it ain't.
All you need to do is have a button, sized 88x31 pixels (which I could make for ya if necessary) and a RPG or RPG related site. And you must fulfil the few regulations I have to impose. Rules make the world go round, after all. Click here for a review of them. Then all you do is fill out this little form and send it by pressing the "send" button. Finally, I'll add you to the Exchange in my mysterious way, and then email you with the code so that you can put the button on your site.
Preferably, it should be on the front page or splash page, or even in the navigation bar, seeing as the buttons are so small. The more prominent the position, the happier I'll be. But on a links page or webrings page will do.
That is it! Then what will happen is, every time the page with the code on it reloads on your website, a random button is chosen to display on the page. It is random, so everyone should in theory get equal advertisments. So, your RPG will be shown on other people's RPG sites, and vice versa, so the everyone can see it, and perhaps join if they like it. Absolutely spiffing stuff.
