<--- Rules: The Thirteen Commandments
We need some basic guidelines in order to make this work. Nothing major, so don't sweat it. I'm not being elitist or anything. Having an active Digimon RPG or RPG related site is enough for me. But if you want to have an easy time joining the Exchange, read the rules and obey them, please. Remember, these rules are subject to change at any time I see fit, so it is up to you to make sure you are following them.
1. Your site must be a Digimon RPG or RPG related. Obviously.
2. Upon joining, you must put the code on your page within 2 weeks or you will be removed from the exchange.
3. If, for whatever reason, your site will be inaccessible for a long period of time, or is gonna be completely removed, email me and say so.
4. If your site changes address, email me and say so.
5. This is more of a request than a rule, really. Put the code up so the button is clearly visible, not stuck in the murky depths of the site somewhere. Please! We need advertisement, people! But a links or webrings page is OK I suppose.... *grumbles*
6. RPG sites that seem to be dead will be removed. This means that either the site in question has suddenly stopped updating OR has stated that they are dead plainly.
7. RPG sites which have actually finished their storylines etc. will not be deleted, so long as the site remains in good condition with some sort of content. If not, then it's bye-bye to you.
8. RPG related sites will be treated seperately from the RPGs that they are related to. So even if the RPG the site relates to is dead, if the site is alive it can still remain on the Exchange. And vice versa, of course.
9. Keep the code up at all times, or you'll be removed from the Exchange. I shall be checking.... *evil face*
10. OK, so this is a Button Exchange, right? Guess what you need? A BUTTON. This has to be 88x31 pixels in size. No bigger, no smaller. I'll make you one if ya want. But stick to the size or bad things will happen...

This is the right size. Feel free to use this template if necessary.
11. No sites with any illegally plagarised content, please. If something has been taken from somewhere else, permission for doing this must have been given, with full credits displayed on the RPG's website.
12. Do not alter the code unless you are positive you know what you're doing. Not trying to be patronising, but this can mess up the whole thing if someone gets it wrong.
13. And, finally, a no-brainer. Don't break the rules. These rules weren't made to be broken.
Here's a final word: Before any removal of sites from the Exchange, I'll email you. If you do email back within two days saying that it ain't dead, I'll let it slide, though I'll be keeping an eye on you. And also, if you know that a site is dead, but it's still up here, then contact me and say so. Thanks.
<--- Exception To The Rule: The Only One
There is one exception to the rule, a site that is definitely not Digimon RPG related, but will be in the banner exchange. And that is an advert for Sparklit who are the people who are hosting the button rotation. Because they are hosting the button rotation they insist on having an advert in there. Typical. This annoys me, but being the poor student kid that I am, I cannot pay for the premium service that does not have their ads on it. It's the same old story. If this occasional anomalous advert stops you from signing up, then I am very sad, but that's the way the cookie crumbles I guess. Honesty is the best policy and at least you are fully informed now. Please join anyway!
