Goal 1

Develop and offer program to increase membership to 1 in 5 among all girls residing in Erie Shores Girl Scout Council's geographic service area.

Implement a ESGS Council-wide initiative to ensure that ESGSC is inclusive.

Design and implement methods to achieve an overall 70% retention of girl membership.

Implement aggressive recruitment efforts to better serve all girls, emphasizing outreach to different racial or ethnic, lower income and disabled populations.

Goal 2

Refine and strengthen ESGSC's internal and external communication with its multiple publics.

Implement a comprehensive communications plan to promote Girl Scout values and benefits.

Increase the visibility of ESGSC by incorporating girls and volunteers as "ESGSC Ambassadors."

Goal 3

Reinforce and further strengthen the adult leadership to position ESGSC for the 21st century.

Reinforce and strengthen the structure and operations of ESGSC's governance system.

Attract, train, and retain quality staff to execute the strategic plan.

Create a comprehensive volunteer program to effectively utilize both traditional and newly emerging volunteers.

Goal 4

Provide adequate facilities to deliver Girl Scout program and volunteer services.

Continue to maintain high quality standards of property maintenance.

Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities plan.

Increase the use of ESGSC outdoor facilities.

Goal 5

Develop the technological capacities to support all operations, communications, and delivery of services.

Develop and implement a comprehensive technology plan to move ESGSC into the 21st Century.

Develop the technological capacities to communicate with members via websites, e-mail, etc.

Goal 6

Implement a comprehensive financial plan to expand and diversify revenue sufficient to support existing and future program.

Prepare ESGSC's organizational readiness to carry out its long-range fund raising activities.

Continue to generate program-related revenues emphasizing accessibility and affordability of program to girls.

Increase ESGSC's community-generated revenue.

Increase ESGSC's endowments.

Generate revenue to begin implementation of the long-range property plan.
