My loving children, as I watch you grow,
There are a few things I wish for you both to know.
When each of you were born,
I received two special gifts from above.
For each of you my heart only knows unconditional love.
I swore to protect both of you from harm,
From the first time I held either of you in my arms.
Jacob, your a special little boy with class and charm.
Samantha your an amazing little girl with style and grace.
In my heart, you both will always hold a special place.
Because of both of you, happiness, laughter and joy fill my days.
I realize your both gifted in your own ways.
Everyday I thank God for blessing me with each of you.
