Book/CD Tutorials Geraldine Cotter, Traditional Irish Tin Whistle Tutor. Geraldine Cotter is a noted tin whistle teacher and performer.  Her tutorial covers the basics as well as CD recordings of over a hundred traditional irish tunes. L.E. McCullough, 121 Favorite Irish Session Tunes. L.E. McCullough's  tutorial is one of the most highly-regarded tin whistle tutorials available today. Claire McKenna, 101 Best Irish Session Tunes. Bill Ochs, The Tinwhistle Tutor Bill Ochs is viewed by many as one of the American icons of whistling, and his tutorial, produced in association with  Clarke, was one of the first generally available to the American public.
