INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Simply click on the email link at the bottom of the page. Send me an email in the SUBJECT line write Apply Awards, otherwise, I may not read your email.
2. INFORMATION REQUIRED: In your email please tell me your website title, URL(where I can find your site), a brief descripton, which award you're applying for ie. #1, #2, etc. If you're applying for an award that requires personalization be sure to tell me what name you want written on it. Space on the awards is limited. If your name will not fit I'll let you know and ask if there's another award you'd like instead, but, I'll do my best to fit your name in the space allotted.
3. WINNING: If you win, your award will be sent via an email attachment. It's in JPEG format. It will not say SAMPLE on it like the ones pictured here. When you upload the award to your website it MUST be linked back to Whitedove's World at http://www.oocities.org/whitedovesworld/index.html
