Of these facts I have come to be quite sure of: There Is a God, because my prayers are answered. All of my prayers have been answered. The thing that I had to learn is that sometimes the answer given me is no. That does not mean that no is forever, but often, it is no for just then. I have come to learn that when I am not given what I ask for; there is something better in mind for me.
There Is a Divine Spirit that is part of God, because in my darkest of times, that Divine Spirit is all that supported me. There is a force, an energy if you will; that can be felt in all things. The Divine Spirit. When these energies are recognized, they help us to join with God, the Universe, and Mother Earth. The soul that we have within, I believe, is part of the Divine Spirit that runs through all things. The soul is what makes us all unique unto ourselves, but it also binds us all together by our ability to reach out and actually join with another Spirit. The trick is in reaching out.
There are prejudices that divide us, preconceived notions of what the Spirit is that blind us and the fear of rejection that prevent us from trying. The truth is there; we must be open enough to seek it out.
Often, we fail to recognize Divine help because it is not what we had asked for or wanted. Help comes in many forms. The friends, family, and others who enter our lives daily are often the instruments of Divine guidance. Divine will sometimes places us in situations that make us look beyond the moment. We begin to learn.
It is not enough to just learn. We must understand what we learn. The lesson is repeated until we understand. When the lesson is understood, then, and only then, may we pass it along. We become rich in the Spirit.
The only way to keep what we have spiritually is to give it all away, freely. Know that by sharing, we re-enforce our truths. In that act of sharing, we gain the ability to see truth through another's eyes. Wisdom is born. This is the seed. Once all of our seeds are planted, we have done everything the Universe expected of us. We continue the path letting the Universe cultivate the new growth. The cycle begins anew.
