        Eugene who has gotten a round of criticism after lipsynching in her solo debut performance has since promised to sing live after her first live performance of the "The Best" on June 14 at Music Camp. "I lipsanch the first few times due to the bad condition of my throat," said Eugene. "From now on I plan to only sing live." Her first album has so far recorded 100,000 sales.

        Former SES member Shoo recently denied rumors that she got breast implants. Rumors first arose when photos of Shoo dressed in a bikini showed up in an entertainment program. The photos were captures from SM Town's shooting of their new summer music video "Hello! Summer!" in the Philippines earlier this month. "I think that the rumors arose because I never wore any chest revealing clothing before that even throughout my SES days," said Shoo who called her chest all natural. In the meantime SM Town's 2nd Summer Album was released today June 23 after a 6 day delay. The 15 track album also contains a 2nd data CD which features among other things the music video for "All My True Love."

         As the picture of Park Yong Ha and Eugene started traveling through various Korean websites this week, it has caused quite a stir in BM entertainment, Eugene's new recording company. The picture, taken at Ryu Si Won's party, reveals Eugene happily on Park's lap. The two have continuously denied their close relationship, which is why this picture has cause such a controversy. BM entertainment believes this scandal has tainted Eugene's image (of which they invested $500,000 to make), and they have recently given Eugene a warning as to not be with Park Yong Ha. Currently, Eugene is the MC of "Love Story" and is 50% done wth her debut album due in May.

        Former member of S.E.S Eugene recently received news that her parents’ restaurant in Guam caught fire and burned down. Eugene’s parents are owners of a chicken restaurant in Guam, a popular spot for local Korean residents and Korean tourists. Apparently, Eugene told her parents that she would cover the expenses for the damages and restoration. Eugene is currently recording her first solo album which will be out in May.

Group S.E.S is on the verge of breaking up. Eugene, one of the members of the group recently announced that she will not renew her contract with her current management, S.M. Entertainment. Eugene says that she wishes to continue her singing and acting career on her own. Group S.E.S’s current contract expires on the 23rd and the rest of the group members Bada and Shoo plan to stay with S.M. Entertainment but whether they will continue using the name S.E.S is still to be decided.

S.E.S is back with a special album entitled "Friends". Out of the eleven tracks, four of the songs are remixes of their old hits. The title song of this album is "S.II.S" which stands for soul-to-soul. Other songs in this album include a ballad number entitled "A Letter", a euro-dance music entitled "Season in Love" and easy pop style songs "Happiness" and "Love Game".
