MARRIAGE:
The Prophet (sala Allahu alyhi wasallam)has taught us many important things such as:
1-The girl has to agree to the marriage,marriage by force is not recognized in Islam.
2-The choice of a man for his good manners and religion,and that it is better if the girl is chosen for her religion and behaviour.
3-marriage to a girl asking for the least dowery is the most blessed marriage.
4-Marriage to the woman who can beget children and the one with loving qualities.
5-Even in the most private details in the marital relationship,the prophet has told us what to do(such as making sure the man has fulfilled his wife's needs,.....etc).
MOTHERHOOD:
Saudi families love children and many women like to have big families.Though these days people tend to space their pregnancies,to be able to give enough care to each child...so contraceptives are used for this matter.People also use them when the mother is too ill to be with-child.Complete abstinence from having children is not allowed in Islam,only in cases mentioned before(if a woman's life or health is endangered by pregnancy ,then by all means it is allowed even to have her tubes tied).The prophet (sala Allahu alyhi wasalam) asked us muslims to have a lot of children because he will be proud of us on the Day of Judgement.
SEX EDUCATION:
Extra-marital sex is not allowed in Islam,everybody knows that.There are many safeguards in Islam to prevent that.As for sex education,children learn at school from the quran and the sayings(hadeeths) of the prophet(sala Allahu alyhi wasalam).The children learn about the changes in their bodies,puberty,period,wet dreams,how to perform washing after the period,after(intermarital)relations.They learn about the formation of the first cell of the fetus in the mother's womb,from the father's sperm and the mother's ovum till the blowing of life in the fetus in the fourth month.
