The ME/CFS Patient and Carer Information Packs
are funded by the Herefordshire & Worcestershire M.E./CFS Local Multi-Disciplinary Team.
These packs are being distributed to all doctors practices in Herefordshire & Worcestershire. The purpose of the pack is to act as a steppingstone for sufferers to access services within Herefordshire and Worcestershire. The leaflets enclosed in the packs are intended to provide as wide a range of information for all sufferers to cover all age groups and severity of illness.
(The pack was initially developed by Herefordshire PCT and Community Health Council in conjunction with Herefordshire ME Support Group)
