These packs are being distributed to all doctors practices in Herefordshire & Worcestershire. The purpose of the pack is to act as a steppingstone for sufferers to access services within Herefordshire and Worcestershire. The leaflets enclosed in the packs are intended to provide as wide a range of information for all sufferers to cover all age groups and severity of illness.
