Poetic Pearls

One of my favorite things to do is to build a fire
and watch the stars. I do this as often as I can and each time,
I am amazed by the magnitude of the Universe, humbled by my
insignificance, but one warm Spring night, I realized the Universe
would not be the same without me, without any of us. We are each,
vital to this dynamic force called life, spokes in an ever-turning wheel,
connected at the center of the Universe.

Cosmic Crones Alone beneath umbrella of lilacs, moonbeams I meditate contemplate how infinitesimal we are. While entranced by nature's symphony a revelation women are the essence of life guardians of the Universe, spirit of heaven and earth, yesterday today always...

Celestial Courtesan Summer stars, like a desperate lover embrace me tightly each night, touch places I never knew existed, turn oblivion to light. I, faithful hostage to the Universe never endeavor escape...

"First Draft" Energy created from inspiration words, vibrations await choreography an affair to celebrate, a stage to shamelessly dance... Shades of Blue I’m partial to indigo, plant cerulean bouquets clusters of sky-blue Periwinkle and Sage Forget-me-nots Blue Bells Delphinium, Lupine. I’m partial to indigo and garlands of green.

Impressions of Spring When Spring arrives and all is new, sweet daffodils rise in the dew, my Winter blues all disappear. My troubles seem so far and few. When lilacs that I love so dear begin to blossom one more year, the spectacle is quite divine with symphony of songbirds near. No matter whether rain or shine I’m thankful for God’s great design, for every rainbow I behold reveals a masterpiece divine. Each season can be much extolled but Spring is full of treasures bold. Within it hope and life unfold, within it hope and life unfold…
In His Hands When we feel like we are at the end of our rope, when we don't see the light and we give up hope, it's then that the Lord reaches down, lifts us high, and gives us the strength to help us get by. With faith in our hearts and God’s love we know, all things are possible, for he told us so.
