I am an Aquarius/Capricorn cusp, born January 21, 1982. If you've seen my pictures you know I'm not quite "all that" but I'm not the dog everyone told you I was. <lol> We all have our enemies, don't we? I have mine.
I worked at Petsmart (Jan 22, 1998 to July 31, 2000). I worked in the aquatics section and, hence, know quite a bit about the animals we sold.
I worked for the Developmental Center of the Ozarks (August 31, 2001 to December 2002). I did Community Integration and took individuals out into the community to work on their outcomes. Many of our individuals had epilepsy and mental retardation along with a multitude of other disorders.
I worked for a small time (3 weeks) at MCI doing telemarketing. Decided that that wasn't for me. Good money but the abuse was just way too high!
I worked for 3 months at Bridgeway Counseling Center. I was a residential tech there (basically I did the grunt work lol), but had to leave due to it conflicting with my class schedule.
I worked for Youth in Need for a little over a year. I was a relief residential conselor and I worked with troubled youths in residential settings.
I am now working for a small company that produces lasers as the Office Manager/Receptionist.
I graduated from M-RH High School in Maplewood, MO, in 200.
I used to go to SMSU in the Bible Belt of Missouri. I majored in Psychology and dual minored in Religious Studies and Technical Writing. I spent three years there (2001-2003).
I spent two years at Lindenwood University in St. Charles, MO. I obtained my B.S. in Psychology in May of 2005.
I am currently enrolled in Lindenwood University's Masters of Profesional and school counseling program.
I am spiritual and tend to be on the eclectic side, but am a pretty good person in general.
I may have found my special someone, only time will tell. I hope it only tells em good things!
I enjoy writing, despite not being able to do it well, and drawing, despite also not being able to do that well. I love to sing and dance, but these are more of my lesser qualities (I have quite a few, shall I name them all? nah..). I am also an animal nut, I have raised rats, guinea pigs, gerbils, mice, etc. and have owned these and many more. Alot of my friends come to me for help with pets, I seem to have experience.
When I visit the Bible Belt I enjoy frequenting Martha's Vinyard or Studio. They are gay bars/drag show havens. I am always looking for someone to join me. :)
