In the course of our lifetime, we experience a wide range of human emotions. Some bring happiness, some bring sorrow. We learn to cope, or we do not survive.

Love brings feelings that are sublime. Love is the most fundamental experience we can know. Without love, life is meaningless. You must be able to give and receive love in order to be fully human. Whether your love is wrapped up in another person, a pet, a hobby or a cause, you must feel a passion for something to be totally alive.

Just getting up in the morning and living through each day can be dangerous. A wrong step off a curb can bring disaster. Germs are lurking everywhere waiting to get us. Though we like to think we are very strong, in some ways we are extremely fragile.

However, we are compelled to keep moving forward, always doing our best. That's what keeps the wheels spinning and hope alive.

Often we are confused, not knowing which road to take. We try to learn from past mistakes, but that doesn't always hold true.

All these experiences are fundamental to human nature.

Sit back and enjoy today. May you experience only love, hope and joy.
