What is Nuthouse?

Nuthouse is the Palouse's only improvisational comedy group. Shows are live, interactive, made-up-on-the-spot comedy by our actors.  Each show is different because everything is based off of audience suggestion.  Some might say it's like that TV show, Whose Line Is It Anyway.  However, we like to belive that it's something completely different. Nuthouse started in 1998 under WSU's undergraduate theatre group STAGE.  Going into our sixth year, we have grown tremendously.  Over 5,000 people saw Nuthouse last year in Daggy Hall along with many more outside of our theatres. We perform shows all over the Palouse and the Northwest.  In our 2003-2004 season, we have many exciting new Nuthouse events to look forward to including: Nuthouse in Beasley, Dorm Storm, Greek Week, and NUTS vs. GUTS (Gonzaga University) to name a few.
