About myself
Hi.... I was born in K K hospital(seem like most Singapore was born in this hospital in the past) on 14 Dec 1974, at around 7pm. I am married to a awesome woman, Annie, no kids yet. I'm a christian attending City Harvest Church(CHC), love to play music, my strongest instrument is the guitar, both acoustic and electric. Stay in Havelock road block 29 until I was in primary 5, move to my current location at Delta Ave.
My schooling history
Studied in Bukit Ho Swee West Primary School, then it merge with the East school in 1986, so I sort of study 2 primary school, the later one was known as Bukit Ho Swee Primary School(no longer around, merge with another school again). I proceed to study in Clementi Town Seconday School(CTSS), which I feel was so far away for a secondary school student, nevertheless I am proud of CTSS. I continue my education in Singapore Polytechnic doing Electrical engineering. Currently pursuing a higher diploma in Business at TMC.
My christian history
During primary 6 after PSLE(I think)in year 1986, I volunteer myself to sell flag on the overhead bridge of scott road. Never did I know I will be approach by 2 student doing street witnessing, I didn't really know what they are talking about with the small yellow 4 spiritual law book, but something just tell me to follow exactly what they ask me to do. So when they ask me if I want to receive Jesus Christ as my personal saviour, I agree. Despite of the weird look from two of my friend. I didn't really know what it mean until later they tell me I'm now a christian, I start to fear about what my mum will respond. So I decided nothing had happen and not give them my phone number.
It was about 1-2 yrs later that I start attending HingHwa methodist church and get to know God better. In sec 4 I encounter Campus Crusade for Christ and also Ekklesia Ministry(now known as City Harvest Chruch) that truly open up my perspective as a believer.
My National Service history
Like all able-bodied men in Singapore, I had to do my national service(NS) in the army. I signed on for a while to be a pilot trainee. didn't make it though to be a pilot due to medical reason. Almost became an officer too, was doing professional term of OCS when I was suspended. No time to continue OCS in other vocation though, only 5 months left before ORD. Became a corporal and a signaller in Engineer unit. Now as a NSmen in 326 SCE for my reservist. Enjoy this vocation, thank God.
