Since HOA turnover in 2003, the WWHOA has tried to obtain pertinent information  regarding the responsibility, maintenance and preservation issues to the development. Now 2006, our efforts had led to a dialogue beyond Lambdin Development to the Cecil County, Commissioners and Delegate Offices. Below are just some of the correspondences made.
