11. ABSOLUTELY NO mutant powers that make the player INVULNERABLE! We've all got to be mortals. (Jean's telekinetic shields make her invulnerable to a point, but they would collapse eventually). NO SUPER-MUTANTS with Superman-like powers will be allowed! Even if you want to make a mutant near-invulnerable, you must give that mutant at least TWO weaknesses!

12. PHOENIX. Dark Phoenix, or any mutation of Phoenix, are not allowed to be played. The same goes for Apocalypse.

13.You must play the original character for AT LEAST a WEEK before asking for a created one.

14. If you are playing an established Marvel character, keep its
PERSONALITY and quirks in mind when posting as it. We will give you a lot of leeway, but we don't want to see Wolverine prancing around like a ballerina, etc, etc.

15. All newbies are to be MODERATED for their first week in the game. This means that their posts to the list are on hold until the moderator reads them, approves and allows them to go though.

16.When you subscribe to the game, you must READ THE RULES and FAQ thoroughly and consider whether you understand and can obey them. Before winning approval, you must send in a sample post as well.

17. A player who does not post even once for his character during a MONTH, will lose character he/she owns, unless it is made-up. This rule, of course, does not refer to players who let the list owner know they won't be able to post.

18. If you break the rules several times I will WARN you. After the second warning you will be put on moderation. IF you continue to break the rules you will be cut from the Game. THREE STRIKES & YOU’RE OUT!!!

These rules are really just common sense, folks. Follow them, and we'll all have a great time. Play nice children! ^_^
