The XSA is built around a few basic principles;
have fun, be safe, play great softball.
The XSA was founded in Indiana in the summer of 2001 by Jeff King and Phil Mulroe, two umpires who decided to turn around the game of softball.  The Rules are simple and fair, the tournaments are close to home and competitive, the entry fees are....well, we all need to make money.
The XSA vows to provide you, the people whom this organization is built around, a high quality brand of softball, better then you will find anywhere in the nation.
If you are ever at a tournament and see something you don't like, want changed or need an answer to, find the men in the blue shirts, they are our directors and there to serve you.
Always remember, when in doubt, write the National Office with your concerns, no matter how crazy they may be.  For after all, this association wouldn't have started unless two young men were willing to be a little different.
This organization is built for the people by the people, you are what keeps this thing going.  Please do not hesitate to drop us a line expressing your concerns.
