Hammocks - Hammocks are very popular cage accessories. I find that they don't get chewed very much and they make a great cage accessory. You can chose to buy them or make your own. Here's an easy way to make your own: Cut out a piece of fabric (fleece seems to be a popular choice) and use a safety pin or poke little holes and stick lanyards through them to attatch to cage. Shelters For shelters, I use empty tissue boxes, cereal boxes and such. I also like to use igloos, PVC tubes and joints. Igloos come in two different sizes and are very hard wearing and rarely get chewed. As to PVC, 4' diameter works well (lots of room for multiple rats). Bird Toys Ladders Ferret Tubes Other Ideas |
