Without knowing it, we added a few more members to our household when a pair of hummingbirds decided to build a nest in our pecan tree. Where did they go? They were there a moment ago, honest!
Ahh, there's papa hummingbird. He's come to see what all the fuss is about. You can almost hear him saying, "Shhh! The kids are sleeping!"
I'm sure you have a pretty good idea how big Sadie and Lady Bell are, but this shot of papa hummingbird on James' hand will give you an idea how tiny the hummingbirds are.
