Learn To Be Psychic
There are many people reading this who are new to the psychic world. Please note that this infomation is only the thoughts of one person and should not be taken as fully correct First there are a few things about being psychic to
me... First, to me there is such thing as an evil psychic and a good psychic, If you are bad your ability goes down and the more you help people the more it goes up. There as also the law of three fold, this is, If your harm someone or something using psychic powers you will be harmed in the same way three times as much, but if you help someone or something, you help your self three times as much. This is enforced by people higher than you, you and people whom you help or harm. Before I became "psychic" I had strange things happen, I often had the feeling of someone else looking at me from behind, even though there is no eye contact, and when I turned around somebody was looking at me. I often had Deja-Vu, this is the feeling that you have when you remember being somewhere but you are sure you have not been there. I often dreamt about thing and it happened a few days latter. I even had friends phone me and I have said to them "Funny, I was just thinking about you". There are a few ways I learnt to be psychic. I first repeated someone's name that I could see, in my head, and found that they would react to this if I imagined my thoughts were directed at them. The second way is to hold your hands apart 15-cm and see if any heat builds up between your hands, try this. This can be put down to body heat, perception, Or being psychic. To prove it is "psychic" heat I tried the next thing. Place your hands 15-cm from someone else's hands. If you feel heat, slowly move your hands away from theirs. After you have been practicing this a while, you should be able do build up this "heat" from a distance of 3 m. At this distance it becomes hard to clam the heat as body heat. But people still say it is perception. Get some one to walk between your hands and your partners hands, but do not tell them anything to make them know what you are doing or have even a slight idea. If they notice this heat while standing between you and your partner's hands and with out being told or hinted to look for it, then this is "psychic heat". This "heat" is the energy all psychics use. This energy and travel as far as you want it to. If a psychic uses a telepathic ability, they send this energy in the form of a word. Or to move an object the energy surrounds the object and lifts it up. Any psychic ability can be explained this way. Your body is made up into two parts, your physical body and your soul or spiritual body. These two parts are thought to be connected through the pineal gland or third eye located in the very front of the brain. Only a few animals still use this "eye" as an actual eye. The Tuatara in New Zealand is a small lizard that uses this eye to detect thermal radiation (heat). This eye has slowly been buried through evolution under the skulls of humans and is no longer used for seeing. BUT the signals sent out from the five main senses (taste, touch, hear, smell, sight) are now running through this "eye". By use of brain scans, it has been decided that if telepathy is possible this would be where it would happens. As you sleep, your mind rests from the day's work, and you dream. In your dreams any thing can happen, but very occasionally a dream comes along that has nothing special about, just a normal day in your life, that is until a few days latter that you have a sense of Deja-Vu or realize that this happened in a dream, and that no matter what you do, every thing is the same as your dream. This is how people can learn to see the future. Now to do this while you are awake is just a bit different. Stare at a wall or object and relax, just before you fall asleep, close your eyes and imagine that you are waking up in your bed on the day in the future you want to see, look around this is the future, now open your eyes. *NOTE: This exercise and the ones following will only work if you can do the ones above. Once you can master seeing your future, imagine using the same method, that you are your friend. Close your eyes and imagine that you are waking up in your friends bed, (still thinking that you are your friend) on the day in the future you want to see, look around this is the future for your friend, now open your eyes. This will take a lot of practice but eventually you will be able to do this for any body you know a slight bit of information about. The next step is to separate your physical body and soul (this is called astral-projection or out-of-body-experience). For this it is exactly the same, stare at a wall or object and relax, just before you fall asleep, close your eyes and this time, imagine that you are in our body, feel your toes, arms, fingers, and head without moving. Now imagine that your are starting to fly, up and up. Soon look down and you should see that your body is still on your bed and you are looking at it from the outside. Now you are nearly a ghost, walk through walls, stairs, and have fun, now open your eyes. Now do the same but imagine that you are in some mystical land of dragons and unicorns. This is sort of "real" in the land you imagine and you can interact with any thing there. The more of an imagination the better. Try to find or make a sword appear in your hands. This sword will be your first "defense". Open your eyes. Now imagine the sword in your hands. At this point you can swing the sword at people but if anything it will only be a slight bit of heat. But the more you use you imagination the stronger your attacks will get. I recommend that you only use swords as defense. *NOTE: If you annoy a good psychic with this sword you could get very hurt. A few sword examples are a sword of fire, water, light or anything that you can think of. With any defense, there are a few people never to harm (all though you should not harm anyone), the 4 horse men and the green dogs, these appear like ghosts. The mystical land you went to was another dimension. Dimensions can be reached through hole like "tunnels". These can be made just by thinking about them and lead to as many dimensions as you can think of. Ghosts are where one level or dimension combines with another and some things can been seen in the other dimension. To see ghosts it is simple, just look around and imagine that there are more people around that you can not see. Soon you should see ghost climbing lamp-posts and doing other crazy things. Auras are the energy radiating off the soul or spiritual body. It can show in a range of colours and objects, the feelings and thoughts of that person. They appear much like a ghost but are an egg like sphere of light surrounding the body. Wiccanism or witchcraft is a watered down psychic ritual. These are normally spells cast in places where a psychic can do automatically. It also has less control to it. To mind read, you focus on the other persons head and think about being inside of it. Soon you have ideas about what they are thinking Stones amplify, spread or weaken the energy out put When a person likes another they make a spiritual line from themselves to that person. Energy transfers occur along this line. When two people argue a pocket of energy is pulled between each other. The main point is believe and it will happen Horoscopes are based on the planets gravitational pull at birth. Your soul group is like your spiritual guild. They tell messages
to you but they do not use english, eg I have heard mine say ETCHA VOUGA
CASHENTASHEA VON TORINGIA I had no idea what this was. But I understood. To even
write this gibberish down is hard, to read it is even harder, but you just have
to know what it says. Above it says I LOVE (next is a name I do not know) FOR
EVER. Each of the heads are using a different language, eyes, ears etc. There
should be 8 of these spirits. The only bad points of being a psychic is the increased senses. This makes it look like computer sceens flicker
CHAKARA'SChakras. These are energy centres based at cardinal points of the body. Their concept comes from the Eastern traditions of Buddhism and Hinduism. A popular belief is that there we have seven, but there are many variations of that number, depending on whose teachings you are following! The seven most commonly acknowledged chakras are as follows:
Chakra
Name: The
Crown Chakra
Chakra
Name: The Third Eye
Chakra
Name: The Throat Chakra
Chakra
Name: The Heart Chakra
Chakra
Name: The Solar Plexus Chakra
Chakra
Name: The Sacral Chakra
Chakra
Name: The Root Chakra
GHOSTSThe first thing that I want to discuss here is the ability to communicate with those who have died or "passed over" to the next dimension. I have given amazingly accurate clairvoyant readings to people. On one occasion, I relayed a sequence of names and events to a friend, and then I got the shock of my life when he went into his bag and produced a folder containing his research into his family tree. He pointed out the many names I had cited, and the newspaper article detailing the events that I had described surrounding one persons death. That was interesting in itself. I was adamant that there was a name involved called Alice. My friend completely rejected it, but I insisted. After a while I threw at him the word "Marchioness" - then his eyes lit. "I know what Alice is now then," he said, "Alice was a boat, the Princess Alice, that sank on the Thames in similar circumstances to the (recent) Marchioness disaster." I can truthfully say that I was stunned and emotional after that particular "reading". But how can we communicate or hear from those who have died? My own theory involves basic physics. There is nothing in the universe that can be completely extinguished. You can change something into another form, but you can't completely get rid of it. Take for example a saucepan of water. If I leave it on the heat and forget to remove it, when the pan is dry, have I gotten rid of the water? No, I've turned it into steam, which will eventually return to liquid later. Take also the example of a piece of wood. If I set fire to it, do I ever get completely rid of the wood? No. I turn it into ash, which then re-enters the ground. There is nothing that you can completely get rid of. You can only change it's form. To take this a step further, think of the emotions that you experience on a daily basis. Happiness, sadness, laughter, tears. Inside the brain, the amount of energy taken to create these responses is phenomenal. Think of the walk you took to the supermarket, the amount of times you answered the telephone at work. You were able to complete these tasks because of the energy and direction of your mind. If we can already see that you cannot destroy anything, only change it's form, then where does this vast amount of energy go?
GEMSTONESHere is a list of gems and stones together with their healing applications. The way this works is to apply the stone to the affected area for at least one hour every day. For the rest of the day, you should wear it as a pendant or ring, and repeat this every day until the condition has cleared. AGATE: for gum problems and to protect vision AMBER: for asthma, deafness, dysentry, hayfever, poor eyesight, & throat infections AMETHYST: for calming. Also makes an antidote to drunkenness.BERYL: for problems with the diaphragm and liver complaints. BLOODSTONE: for hemorrhages and nose bleeds.CARNELIAN: for blood purification, hemorrhages, and nose bleeds. CHRYSOLITE: for fevers and nightmares.CORAL: for digestive problems, epilepsy, eye tiredness, scars, stopping bleeding, and for ulcers. DIAMOND: for chest infections, convulsions, coughs, insomnia, problems with the lymphatic glands, and for toothache.EMERALD: for eye problems. Also a good general healer. GARNET: for anemia and blood diseasesJADE: for blood purification, eye problems, kidney problems, muscular aches, stomach pains, and for problems with urinary functions. JASPER: for nervousness and stomach problems.MOONSTONE: for gaining strength. OPAL: for problems with the eyes and heart. Also gives protection.RUBY: for boils, colic, constipation, eye problems, pain, poisoning, tuberculosis, and ulcers. SARDONYX: for depression, grief, and anxiety.SAPPHIRE: for boils, colic, eye problems and rheumatic complaints. TOPAZ: for bleeding and hemmorrhages, and for eye problems.TURQUOISE: for fighting ageing, and for eye problems.
PSYCHOMETRYTheir are two forms of psychometry. The first concentrates on the past experience and photographic memory that an article can provide. Objects absorb imprints from those things in history that have come into contact with them. But an object can also transmit knowledge of the owners past, present, and future. Psychometry in this form works much the same as other divination techniques such as tarot or scrying. The type of information you gain from an object depends on many things. For example, if you are using a relatively new object, it is more likely to give you information about the current owners concerns rather than anything of ancient historic value. However, as with all things, there are no guarantees. There are some simple rules though that are of assistance. The first, which applies to all psychic workings, is to trust your instincts! The imagination is seen as the doorway to the psyche so trust your instincts. So how do you start psychometry? Simple. Close your eyes, touch the object, open your mind, become one with the item, and let whatever will come to your mind do so. Accept the words or images, no matter how much you doubt. Then practise. Practise makes perfect. A gym goer cannot lift heavy weights until s/he has progressed through the full range. It is the same with psychic work. The more you expand the psychic "muscle", the more it will allow you to "see". This can lead you to using psychometry in whichever area you see fit. If someone comes to with a question, you should ask them to hold the object to be used for a couple of minutes whilst concentrating on the question or dilemna. This will leave a fresh emotional impression of that atmosphere on the article, and therefore should help you access that circumstance quickly.
NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCESThere are so many recorded claims of people, at a time when they are close to death, having unusual experiences. For some reason, they have not died, and so are able to recount the experience. Many scientists have studied near death experiences (NDE's). Most have reached the sceptical view point that they are no more than a chemical reaction caused by a dying brain. What is so striking about NDE's is that certain similarities exist between each account. Most seem to experience most of the following: Feelings of love, peace, and bliss A feeling of weightlessness, including leaving the body. It has often been reported that a person has viewed themselves from above the bed that they occupy. A light at the end of a tunnel which pulls them towards it. A presence or figure in that light. Visiting another place. Many have recounted how they have been to another country or place, but being in a garden seems to be most common. Meeting old acquaintances who have long since departed this life. Often this person may beckon, or tell the individual that they must go back. Flashbacks to experiences encountered in this life. Return to body - sometimes a melancholy experience as the person wishes to remain in the feelings of love. They will experience rushing back down the tunnel, and jerking motions as they re-enter the body. After a NDE, most people undergo personality alterations ranging from the mild to the quite dramatic. They tend to become more loving, but also they lose any fear of death. NADISNadis (pronounced "nay-die") are like tubes that carry energy through our different bodies (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual). There are different forms of Nadis. Sushmna is the channel of energy that the primary chakras reside within. It starts at the base of the spine and travels along the spine to the crown of the head. When the chakras are correctly aligned within the sushmna you achieve a state where you can raise the energy known an kundalini (which means 'serpent power'). Then there are Ida and Pingala. Ida carries cool, calming, feminine lunar energy. Ida starts left of the root chakra, spirals around the sushmna, and ends in the left nostril. Pingala is the opposite. Pingala carries the heat of solar, masculine energy. It starts at the right of the root chakra, spirals around the sushmna, and ends in the right nostril.
MEDITATIONWhat is a meditative state? Basically, they are exercises to focus the mind and to create a mental state in which it is possible to explore the subconscious (or higher self). There are various different forms. A list of the main ones is detailed below. Awareness: This involves being aware of yourself and the environment that you are in. It is being aware to certain stimuli (be they visual, aural, or a scent etc), but not reacting to them. Just be aware and note the reactions that they provoke in you.Breath: Concentrate on your nostrils. Focus your attention on the breath entering and leaving them. (this is a form of "Pranayama") Elemental: This meditation involves focussing internally, being aware of the four elements (Earth, Air, Fire, and Water) within your own body. So for example, your blood may be seen as water etc...Mantra: Mantras are chants of words or phrases. Focus upon the repetitive use of the word. Chant it with slow, constant speed. The most commonly used mantra is "Om" (also known as "Aum"), which in Sanskrit is the sound of the universe. However, you can use anything that you wish, provided it is rhythmic and allows you to focus your mind upon it. Pathworking: Probably more common than most realise. My earliest recollection of being taken on a pathworking was at age 12, during a R.E. lesson at secondary school (funnily enough, the teacher of that lesson was the first person I ever told that I was gay - she was fab!). Anyway, with pathworking, someone guides you through speach into mentally visual environments.Pranayama: The collective name for breathing techniques for focussing the mind. The breathing meditation listed on this page is the most simplistic form of Pranayama. However, a majority of them involve regulating the breath, by counting. For example, breathe in for a count of four, hold the breath for a count of four, then exhale for a count of four, and repeat. You can vary the length of the counts. Further variations upon this include regulating which nostril you breath in through, or by combining this technique with a visualisation technique, such as inhaling clear, pure white air, and exhaling the dark, dirty air that is already inside your lungs. Visualisation: Focuses on a colour, image, or symbol. The important thing is to note how these visual images make you feel.Walking: Exactly as it says! This meditation is achieved by focussing your mind on the steps and strides you take. This is actually very difficult to achieve, as it is quite difficult to stop your mind wandering whilst walking (mind the lampposts!)
There must be thousand of different techniques of meditation, all of which have varying degrees of success on different people. The best is to experiment and see which one works best for you. I will explain the technique, which I use. I don't have a name for this technique, as it has been adapted from others over the years to suit me. I hope it will work for you. -
