Guild
Leader
This person is the chief executive officer of the guild. This means that he or she has final say in anything having to do with membership, and operation of the guild. They have jurisdiction over every aspect of the guild and any subset of the guild. If the leader gives an order or suggestion, make it so. The guild leader alone can appoint officers. This person can serve as long as he or she feels fit to lead the guild, and may revoke privileges for any position at any given time.
First Officer
The first officer's responsibility is to carry out the guild leader's wishes, and make sure everything is in an orderly fashion with the membership of the guild. The first officer reports directly to the guild leader. If there is an immediate problem when the leader is not available, the first officer should tend to it and resolve it as fair as possible. Afterwards they will report this to the leader so that they may be aware of the things they miss being away.
Officer
An
officer of this guild works at making the guild, as a whole, better for its
members. Officers are always on the look out for new Members. Officers make sure
that events and raids get planned, and that issues that members may have get
dealt with in a friendly and direct manner.
Officers of this guild are
members, as well as servants of the guild as a whole. No officer will show
favoritism to another member for any reason. Officers pledge that the good of
the guild will always be put before the desires of the
individual.
Code of Conduct
Our members should be mindful that their personal actions are a reflection of the guild as a whole. Mistwolf Awakening does not tolerate "kill stealers," "ninja looters," or harassment of any kind.
Kill Stealing The act of willingly attacking and killing a previously engaged pull from a person (s) Best way to not KS is before attacking or casting on a mob use the /assist if someone is on that mob there name will come up, many people use snare/root and you may not see them I always use the /assist hot button.
Ninja Looting The act of constant looting immediately after the aggressive target has been slain, without consulting the group, or without a loot order, depriving fellow group members of profit.
Harassment is defined as specifically targeting another player or group of players to harm or inconvenience them. Harassment can take many forms, as it goes to the state-of-mind of the person or party on the receiving end of the action
Selling of Services: We want to be recognized as a kind guild, not a greedy one. Mistwolf Awakening is about helping others, not selling services. We look down on shouting things such as "Rezing for Money" or similar things such as teleporting. Its one thing if someone offers you money to do something for them, but its another thing to shout and prove to everyone you are all about money and not helping.
Zone/Area Disruption is defined as any activity designed to harm or inconvenience a number of groups rather than a specific player or group of players. This includes things such as:
Consequences
If any member of Mistwolf Awakening is found to be involved in such of the activities listed above, it is the guild leader's responsibility to bring out disciplinary actions. Such actions may involve a warning, fine, or removal from the guild.
LEAVING THE
GUILD:
Expulsion: If you are kicked out of the guild for one or
more of the above offences the removal will be permanent.
Resignation:
Those who leave the guild on good terms are always welcome to rejoin
us.
BECOMING AN OFFICER:
Becoming an
officer: DO NOT ASK TO BECOME AN OFFICER! It will only put you lower on our list
of future candidates. Officers will be decided by the council of the MA
(the leader and existing officers.). We will constantly keep an eye out for
officer material in the guild.
If you have any questions about the above
rules contact the guild leader or one of the
officers.
