The Hives; Southampton Guildhall
There's not enough bands like The Hives, to me they seem to incorporate 'Swing' into modern rock. Some songs I know I can just imagine in the ol' Grease style, boogying with my fav gal. Was a really great gig, did show the usual tell tale signs this was my first after the agonising drought in gigs that is summer, what with almost loosing shoes forgetting to tighten them and all. Really good gig, did like there actual set (as well as their musical set), nice neon sign saying The Hives, just what I'd have expected. Hehe. The Hives Rule OK.
