STADIUM II'S CHALLENGE CUP

The Challenge Cup is by far the toughest tournament in STADIUM II. You can't pick your Pokémon; they're randomly selected for you, and things can get ugly if the computer gives you bad Pokémon. It's the same for other trainers, so I can't give any secrets away. I can only submit the following tips:
  • If you get crummy Pokémon, just reset the game and enter again. This will cause the computer to select another batch.
  • If your team can't score a 'Perfect' on the first battle of each round, it isn't worth keeping.
  • Try to get many evolved Pokémon. This increases your chance of winning.
  • Just trust the Pokémon. Let them do the work, not you. If you mess up, you can take pride knowing that they weren't your Pokémon anyway, so you're not the one responsible for training them crappily.
  • Hit fast and hard with each Pokémon's strongest attack. Avoid stalling; it'll be your downfall.
  • Remember the saying 'Fools rush in where Angels fear to tread." Observe what Pokémon the opponent has and choose yours accordingly.
  • Look at the items your Pokémon have equipped. These can make or break the entire tournament.
Well, that's all the tips I have. Have any more? E-mail me.
