Established in 1987 by Sifu Michael Ly, Sydney Nhon Nghia Duong has a little over 40 students , with about 3 - 4 new students coming in each month.
Yun Yee Tong teaches, jow ga kung fu, traditional lion dancing, hok san style lion dance, dragon dance, how to play the instruments, basic stances, discipline and many more.
We aim to keep the Yun Yee Tong tradition running, to continue spreading the art of shaolin jow ga, bring up future generations into the Yun Yee Tong family and to branch

We train weekly on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with Sunday being the main training day. Training on Saturday is from 12 noon till 4pm, Sunday from 10am till 12pm with Sifu Sam and 12pm - 4pm is lion dance and dragon dance.

about the art of lion dancing, and to keep the chinese heritage running through-out the state and country.
Lion Dance training for the beginners are on Sunday right after the warm - ups, which is taught by Sifu Sam.
Dragon Dance training is after martial arts training and is trained outside of the Association or upstairs at the back of Tien Hau Temple.
Instrumental training are usually on Sundays which is taught by Sam.
Sifu Sam teaches the traditional beat on ; drum , gong and symbols.
