The Museum of the Genocide of the Lithuanian People |
The Museum of the Genocide of the Lithuanian People is housed in the former KGB headquarters in Vilnius. Before the KGB used the facilities, it was used by the Gestapo. Lithuania has a long, proud and turbulent history. The purpose of the Tutonic Knights was the subjegation of the Eastern European pagans. Lithuania was the last pagan state in Europe. This museum focused on the recent Nazi/Soviet occupations and the toll it took on Lithuanian patriots., |
