Yoga was developped in India over 5000 years ago. It helps to gradually emprove (to name a few)  breathing, flexibility, balance, endurance as well as the overall posture.

There are many physical benefits, but more importantly are the mental benefits; better concentration, encourages positive thinking, inner peace, decreases stress level and helps our ability to manage conflits.

Yoga has, over the years, proven the world that it is a powerful practice and never ceases to amaze. It is even now common for doctors to strongly encourage their patients to incorporate Yoga in their lifestyle to help fight stress-related diseases and even depression.
