1.Wheat Flour 2cups
2.Cumin seeds(zeera) (optional) 1/2tsp
3.Salt

Method for Puris
1.Make dough of the wheat flour,salt,water and zeera.Cover and keep aside for 30minutes
2.Knead well.
3.Make round small rotis(about 6inches).Deep fry in hot oil.
4.Serve with
Aloo curry or chole
Cooking tip:To make  soft puris wait until oil is really hot.
