I call them "P. Diddy China Bistro".
If you want to pay an arm and a leg just to "see and be seen" at Phillips Place and don't like authentic Chinese food, P. Diddy's is the place for you. They'll gladly make you wait 30 minutes to an hour to be seated (that's the average -- somehow I managed to get seated quickly, and they didn't even know I'm a restaurant critic ... of sorts), charge you $15 for some decent but unremarkable American-style Chinese food, and probably look at you funny if you use chopsticks.
But seeing as this website recommends good ASIAN restaurants that are a good value, P. Diddy's fails on all counts.
