Really well written book.  It's hard to say that it is about one thing in particular. Maybe:  Present moment awareness, and who you are in relation to that.

A must for any serious Tai Chi student.  Stories about people like this are hard to come by.  If you like this, I also recommend his second book.

This book is to the new age movement was what forrest gump was to film.  Everyone loved it, then everyone hated it.  Believe me, it reads well and is well worth a look.  I haven't read his other books, but hear they are good.                       Author's website
