Resolved Danglers:

X-Men #53- Why did Onslaught come to Jean Grey if he knew she wouldn't join him?

• After Xavier was revealed to be Onslaught, Jean realized that the good side of Xavier must have been warning her to mistrust Xavier. He was trying to give her an advance warning that he would soon betray the X-Men. Too bad she didn't pick up on it!

X-Men #58- Will Joseph ever cure Rogue's inability to touch anyone without absorbing their psyche and powers?

• Joseph sucessfully used the Z'Noxx chamber to kiss Rouge over in UXM #341. However the writers seem to have forgotten that when Carol Danvers was top psyche in Rogue's body, she could touch others. Claremont intended Rogue's powers to be uncontrollable because of her guilt over Cody's coma and as her emotional and physical protection from others. Lobdell seems to have abanndoned this Claremont plot.

X-Men #67- What secret has Sabra discovered that is the key to defeating Bastion?

• Sabra discovered that Bastion had a 'mother' somewhere along the east coast of america. For more information see X-Men #69.

X-Men #45- What secret did Rogue absorb from Gambit after their kiss? What happened in Seattle?

• Gambit's secret has something to do with the Mutant Masacre but how that would relate to Seattle is as of yet unclear. Perhaps that is where Mr. Sinister first contacted Gambit, altough that too is only a guess.

X-Men #45- The Seattle theatre's sign reads "T_E ES_E_ __EA_R_" could that possibly be "The Essex Theatre"? We also see the letters T,E,S, and, I think, C on the ground so this theory could be wrong. Regardless what is the name of the theatre?

X-Men #45- What does Sinister mean when he says "I wanted to be here for you [Gambit] in your time of need. Just as I was once before."? What happened "once before"?

X-Men #45- What does Sinister mean when he says "Also I wanted to provide you with a gentle reminder that soon it will be time to play the hand which Sinister dealt you."? What have Gambit and Sinister been plotting? Is there significance to the fact that the cards Gambit drops are 3 twos and 2 kings?

• It has been said that the full house may have been foreshadowing to a full house of X-Men which Gambit will betray. Since Xavier turned out to be the X-Traitor this may have no importance

X-Men #47- What happened to Dazzler's baby and how is she dealing with it?

X-Men #48- Will Bishop ever fully remember his AoA memories or will he go insane trying?

X-Men #48- What is that living brain person/thing? Besides transforming though waves into data what else can it do?

• This creature may have some connection to Ever, now part of Havok's Brotherhood, since the Dark Beast has had strong connections to Gene Nation and the Brotherhood. Altough Ever was seen earlier in UXM, it is possible the writers will make these two, one and the same.

X-Men #48- As Storm says "By the Goddess I do not understand. The card that Remy threw..? Why did he not want to win?"

X-Men #49- Why did Onslaught/Chamber teleport Chamber away, only to return him moments later?

• Origninally Scott Lobdell had written a much different Onslaught storyline involving time travel. Its likely that this plot just got forgotten in the editor forced reshuffle.

X-Men #50- Why did Gateway teleport Storm, Cyclops, Iceman and Wolverine from the mansion and why did he let Phoenix stop him? Who was the psychic entity?

• Gateway claims that he teleported the X-Men away to test their strength for the psychic entity but who is this entity and if it is Xavier's goodside then why did it need to test them? The entity could possibly have been Onslaught but that also would make no sense. This is all most likely the result of the last minute plot change.

X-Men #51- Do Joey and Gailyn have any mutant powers like their aunt Jean?

X-Men #52- Who is Bastion?

• The answer is somewhat confusing, he is most likely Larry Trask. The X-Men Unlimited with his origin comes out later this month. So be patient.

X-Men #52- How will Sinister use Bishop's memoeries of the AoA? And just how soon will their pathes cross again?

X-Men #53- What is the Juggernaught doing in a moving shadow?

X-Men #57- Will Xavier ever get his mutant powers back?

X-Men #57- Why did Bastion want J. Jonah Jameson to investigate further into Operation: Zero Tolerance?

• If Bastion is Larry Trask, and his motives for O:ZT were to make Senetor Kelly change his anti-mutant opinions, then perhaps he wanted his seemingly evil nature to be revealed to the public one way or another.

X-Men #58- What is doing in the Morlock burial chamber and will Storm ever put two and two together?

X-Men #60- What is the significance of Candra's heart gem? What are its powers and why did she make it?

X-Men #62- What happened to Jean Grey while en route to rescue Storm? Is this deserted world the Heroes Reborn world?

X-Men #63- What will Sebastian Shaw do with the data that Rory Campbell gave him concerning the Legacy Virus and is Rory already on his way to becoming Ahab, master of the Hounds?

X-Men #64- Could the Elixir Vitae really have cured the Legacy Virus? And was it all destroyed by Storm?

X-Men #65- What the heck happened to Jean Grey again? Why did she go to the Heroes Reborn Universe? Is this the same thing that happened to her before or something completely differnet?

X-Men #65- On the last page of this comic, Xavier seems to be surrounded by some sort of glow. Is this the beginning of the return of his powers?
