*-Laser Challenge Compatible

Descriptions of Laser Tag Systems on These Pages

Manufacturer: Toymax
Description: When Laser Challenge first came out it wasn't very popular. But now it has taken off. It's main competetor is Lazer Tag, which is uncompatible with LC. This is the main Laser Tag (Home Based) product used. If you are going to invest in this then consider getting V2 gear as it is the latest and greatest. I have just updated this page with the purchase of my V3 gear. Go here to find out all you ever wanted to know about it.

Manufacturer: Astronomical Toys
Description: This system could be considered the third most popular Laser Tag system. It is fully compatible with Laser Challenge, which is good because it wouldn't have as many comustomers if it wasn't. You can buy this equipment to expand your current Laser Challenge arsenal.

Manufacturer: Tiger Toys and Worlds of Wonder
Description: Second most popular LT system, Lazer Tag boosts a vast arsenal of equipment by the contribution of the previous Lazer Tag system in the 80's. It isn't compatible with Laser Challenge, which is a bummer. While I don't own any Lazer Tag gear, if you start buying LT equipment, I recommend you keep purchasing this equipment unless you really want to switch to LC.

SEGA Lock-On
Manufacturer: SEGA
Description: This gear is different. It has a feature on it that sends out a constant IR beam. This allows you to hear if you have a good shot on the player you're trying to shoot. Unfortunatly the player can hear if you have a good shot on them by their own headset. This Laser Tag system has a lot of nice features.

Manufacturer: Playmates Toys
Description: This gear system has a real neat feature. It has the ability to accept certain voice commands. I know not yet how good it does, or if it is compatible with LC or LT.
