as a quick run-down the fact that some of my pages are OPLed lets you:
1) Copy my OPLed writings verbatim with the copyright notice intact.
2) Cite my OPLed writings as per "fair use" as you would any other copyrighted work.
3) Create modified copies only under the terms of the OPL. (read it for details).
You need not agree to the terms of the OPL, but if you do not, you must treat my work as a normal copyrighted text.
