We are the World

It was Indian slum worker Mother Theresa who commented that; Often we wonder if our good actions really make any difference to the world. We think that the problems of the world are so big, and that any positive changes we make will pale into insignificance. When Jesus saw a poor widow give a single coin while others around here were making huge donations to charity, he said that it's not really how much is given, but the attitude behind our service. We have many opportunities for service throughout our community, but if we have service without love, then we're potentially missing out on making a lasting impact. So when you next wonder if an act of service will make any real difference, remember God's perspective;
