| Entry Fees | $15.00 per person for first event,
$10 per person for each additional event or 3 events for $30 |
| Format | To be determined. Everyone guaranteed minimum 2 matches per event. |
| Entries | Entries must be received by September 11, 1999. Entry forms can be downloaded as an MS Word97 Document or you can see an online version of it here.
